Return window
Unused pieces in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Fragrances must be unopened and sealed.
How to return
Write to our client team with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label along with simple instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return being received and inspected.
